Connectbeam's Social Activity Platform and Applications enable enterprises to connect knowledge workers and their new Enterprise 2.0 collaboration tools with traditional Enterprise Search and information repositories. After outsourcing the creation of their product's prototype to India, ConnectBeam was rapidly approaching the beta release of their internal social bookmarking utility.

Sitting on top of an enterprise-wide Google box, ConnectBeam's appliance provides social bookmarking for resources within an enterprise company's firewall. As a contractor with ConnectBeam I worked intensively on the front-end of the Java/JSP/Struts application, cleaning up table-based layouts and updating graphics and color schemes. After an intensive effort of several consecutive 60 hour work weeks, ConnectBeam successfully shipped their product to their beta customers.
